Selena Aleman
Selena is a licensed realtor, and a native of San Antonio. She graduated from Churchill High School and from St. Edwards in Austin. With over 16 years in the real estate industry, Selena has sold properties from King William to Monte Vista, to Bulverde, TX, to rural land in Pipe Creek, and everything in between. Selena has always represented her sellers with professionalism, trust and knowledge of the market while negotiating.
As a native, Selena has a great deal of knowledge on guiding homebuyers to purchase in neighborhoods that will have a good return on their investment, negotiate on their behalf so that her client will have better equity potential for future purchases. Selena grew up with the saying “Always own the dirt, it is the only real investment.” This is the motto Selena truly believes in and will help her clients find their dream property with the intent of getting a great return when building their portfolio or just buying a bigger home.
In 2015, Selena applied and was accepted into the Leadership Class of 40 Program. Leadership San Antonio is dedicated to engaging, educating, and challenging current business, public, civic, and emerging leaders to take an active role in helping to build a better San Antonio. Through this program I developed lifelong relationships with professionals in a range of industries.
In her free time, Selena enjoys being a mom to her teenage daughter Sasha, and everything that involves the outdoors and working on getting her classic 1989 Jaguar XJS into car shows.
