Carleen Garcia
Born and raised in Honduras, I moved to the U.S. at the age of 17, landing in Coral Gables, Florida. Upon graduation, I joined the U.S. Navy as an Air Traffic Controller and completed assignments in California and Texas. I was notably one of only a few sailors certified in three tower operations supporting pilot training. Upon separation, I was employed by the FAA and called Shreveport, Louisiana, our home for 19 years. In 2016, our family moved to San Antonio, Texas where I completed my final years of federal service with the San Antonio International Airport.
I am certified realtor with a heart for people. Having experienced the “family on the move” at various stages of my life, I can relate to clients as I have walked in their shoes. I deeply understand the difference between needs and wants and use my strengths in communication and collaboration to source (and sell) the home of your dreams. Remaining supporting of our military service members and their families – I hold a Military Relocation Certification, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor.
My passion for creating the best life possible begins at home with my husband and three sons. We have a small property outside of the city and we enjoy all aspects of our outside life.
